Festive Wreaths

A trend that we see growing every year in Pinner, with homes and offices being decorated with stunning Christmas wreaths.

The wreath is very traditional, in the Roman times wreaths were created using ever greens in a circular  shape to symbolise eternity. The word 'Wreath'  derives from an old English word meaning 'to twist'.

Pine and Cone Wreath

Designed by our skilled florists here at Mansi Florist, our beautifully festive Pine and Cone Wreath is a classic option to choose for your door wreath (pictured right).

We use pine needles and natural cones to build the main structure of the wreath, before adding finishing touches such as twigs and dried fruit to create a magical winter woodland wreaths. This door wreath measure 30cm, so is the perfect size to hang on your home front door or office entrance.

Rocking Rose Door Wreath

A beautiful addition to any home, Rocking Rose Door Wreath is a festive beauty from our new Interflora Christmas Collection. Using seasonal spruce for a silvery green base, ruby red roses and burgundy skimmia for festive colour.

How to look after your Wreath

• If not displaying immediately, store your Wreath in a cool place with air ventilation and in its plastic liner. This helps keep the greenery fresh and captures the moisture.
• If you are displaying your Wreath indoors, keep it away from heat sources (like radiators, log fires and heaters)
• Use a mister spray bottle to lightly mist your Wreath daily, if kept inside
• No need to mist an outside Wreath
• Keep your Wreath out of direct sunlight

When to hang your door wreath

There is no set date for hanging your new door wreath. We would recommend displaying your new wreath as soon as you have it home safely – they last longer in cooler environments, making the cold winter weather perfect! Many of our Christmas loving clients like to get their door wreath up from the 1st of December.
